State Farm® Park and Pool

State Farm corporate employees employed within 60 miles of Corporate Headquarters badges act as a park card and are required for park entry. Employees who are unsure if their badge has access to State Farm Park should work with their leadership to ensure proper accesses.

If you are a corporate employee who does not live within 60 miles of Corporate Headquarters but would like to visit State Farm Park during an upcoming visit to Bloomington please review the following eligibility guidelines, click on the hyper link (titled State Farm Park Temporary Pass Application) and input needed information. This application is not for a State Farm Park card.

By submitting this application you agree to the following

I agree to adhere to SF Park’s rules and safety polices. I acknowledge and understand that all individuals 16 or older will be required to provide an original valid physical government or school photo ID (issued by the school); I (the State Farm employee) will also need to present my proximity badge and must accompany my spouse and/or dependents during their time at State Farm Park. I am aware that this request is for a temporary pass which do not allow for additional guests not listed on this form to access State Farm Park.

Who is eligible?

• State Farm employees and agents/agent staff members living outside of a 60-mile radius of corporate headquarters.
• State Farm employees and agent's/agent staff member’s spouse.
• State Farm employees and agent's/agent staff member’s unmarried children under the age of 24 and living within your household. Park access eligibility runs through the end of the year they turn 24.
• Dependents living in your immediate household to which you are a legal guardian. Proof of legal guardianship may be requested.
• All dependent requests may require additional verification.
• Anyone who does not meet the above eligibility requirements will not be issued a temporary pass.

State Farm Park temporary pass application

Employees are required to bring proximity badge for admittance to the park.

Everyone (age 16 and over) must also provide an original physical valid government or school photo ID (issued by the school) in addition to their State Farm Park Card before being admitted to the park.

Spouses and dependents of an out of state State Farm Employee must be accompanied by the out of state employee during their time at State Farm Park.

Temporary passes do not allow for additional guests.

2. Fill in all requested information, incomplete forms will not be processed in a timely manner
3. Include on the Subject line: Park Access plus the dates you are requesting and your last name

5. Due to security protocols during high volume business times temporary passes approval process can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email from Park Security once your request has been approved, please bring this email confirmation for Park access.

Note: State Farm Loss Prevention/Enterprise Security reserves the right to restrict Park access to both members and non-members at any time. Persons on the Do Not Admit List are restricted from entering the Park.
