To access and manage your State Farm accounts from a mobile device or computer, you'll need to register. Registering is easy, and only takes a minute or two.

• Visit our Create Online Account screen.
• Enter your name and date of birth.
• Select Continue and enter additional information as requested.
• Enter your phone number, email address or the type and number of one of your State Farm products:
  • Claim number
  • Insurance policy number
  • Investments – nonbank products only

If you have more than one State Farm product, you'll only need to provide information about one of them to register for online account access.

The State Farm mobile app has many helpful frequently asked questions (FAQs) built in, so if you can log in, that's a great place to start.

Log in, select More, then Contact Us, and scroll down to view the FAQs.

Trouble Logging In?

Here are some things to try:

• If you're already registered for online account access, use your current User ID and password to log into the mobile app (they're the same for our website and the app).
• If you don't already have a User ID and password, visit our Create Online Account page to register for online account access.
• If you forget your login credentials, you can retrieve your User ID or reset your password.

Why don't I see my Bluetooth beacon ID in the Drive Safe & Save app during setup?

Make sure your Bluetooth and Location/GPS are enabled. If they are, try tapping them off and on again and retry setup. If you still cannot see your beacon within the app, call our 24/7 tech support line at 888-559-1922 888-559-1922 .

How do I know if the Bluetooth beacon is working properly?

You can tell your Bluetooth beacon is working if the light illuminates when you press the button, and your trips appear on the Trips screen for your vehicle within the app. If not, call our 24/7 tech support line at 888-559-1922 888-559-1922 .

What do I do if my Bluetooth beacon is lost or damaged?

If you use Drive Safe & Save™ and live in California, you can save more with Self Report. Log in, then report your vehicle's odometer readings online prior to each policy renewal. Or, if you prefer, you can also report your vehicle's mileage in the State Farm mobile app.

Your discount will be based on the miles you drive.

Who can participate in the Steer Clear program?

You are eligible to participate in the Steer Clear program if:

• You are under age 25. ¹
• You have a valid driver's license or learner's permit.
• You've had no at-fault accidents or moving violations during the past three years or as long as you've been driving (if less than three years).

Is Steer Clear available in your state? ²

The Steer Clear Safe Driver discount is available in all states except California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Rhode Island. California offers a similar program called the Inexperienced Driver Safety Education Discount. Contact your State Farm agent about specific discounts in your state.

Logging in and paying your insurance bills online, or with the State Farm mobile app, is fast and easy.

But if you'd rather pay securely without using a User ID and password, or instead pay by phone, mail, or in person, you've got plenty of options.

To view, print, or mail an ID card:

1. Log in to your online account on statefarm.com®.
2. Select “Get ID Card” at the top of the page or in the “More” menu within the Insurance section.
3. Select the vehicle/policy you would like the ID card for and select “Request ID Card”.
4. Select how you would like to receive your insurance cards and select “Submit”.
   • You can have the ID card mailed to your mailing address.
   • You can download an electronic copy of the ID card to view, print, or email.

If you're a new policyholder who purchased a policy online, you can download temporary insurance cards and your Auto Insurance Binder through the confirmation email that was sent to you. The temporary insurance card is available for 30 days after policy purchase.

You may also contact your State Farm agent to get an identification card.
