100 Black Men of America
We team up with this organization through the Dollars & Sense® Investment Education Program, designed to provide high school students with the opportunity to learn and apply best practice strategies for saving and investing. This 12-week program explores basic investment options and processes, reinforced through hands-on learning experience that allows students to analyze stocks, develop analysis reports, and store analyst data.
Teams present a mock financial portfolio to a panel of judges who evaluate their understanding of investment concepts, strategies, and products. Winning teams are awarded college scholarships from $1,000 to $3,000.

NAACP
With the NAACP, State Farm® sponsors the National Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO). ACT-SO is a yearlong enrichment program and competition in which high school students compete in 26 different categories.
For almost 35 years, it has worked to help students develop and enhance their academic and artistic abilities with the goal of raising the standard of excellence among today's high school youth.

National African American Women's Leadership Institute
The NAAWLI Fellowship program focuses on fundamental leadership strategies and provides emerging African-American women the opportunity to identify and reinforce their strengths and develop proactive strategies and behaviors to impact organizations in which they are employed, and communities in which they live and serve.
The NAAWLI program is unique because it has a community leadership project component that Fellows must complete over a six month period. NAAWLI uses the most current leadership research and theories, and guides Fellows through best practices and behaviors to implement theories. The NAAWLI model of the NAAWLI Fellowship program takes advantage of cultural, ethnic, and gender contexts of complex organizations.
